WILLI LAUTERBACH

CHAIRMAN

Willi Lauterbach is Chairman. Mr. Lauterbach offers more than 40 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience in the finance  and implementation of infrastructure development internationally across Asia and Asia Minor, Central and South  America, Europe, Russia, Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Mr. Lauterbach is a German born naturalized American citizen and a decorated Marine Corps  combat veteran, wounded during the 1968 Vietnam Tet Offensive. 

J.MICHAEL GRAHAM

Vice Chairman & CEO

J. Michael Graham is CEO & Managing Partner. Mr. Graham brings 40 years of strategic acquisitions, multi-manufacturing operations and turnaround management experience in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to serving as CEO & President of Hellenic, He worked nearly three decades in the printing and graphic arts industry, holding senior level executive positions at companies such as Webcraft, Dittler Brothers, World Color Press (now Quad Graphics), Cenveo and NCP Solutions. Under his leadership at Dittler Brothers, he increased profitability and sold the company to World Color Press as part of KKR’s portfolio of graphic companies. After Quebecor’s aquisition of World Color Press, he assummed an executive role at Quebecor/World and led the company to become the largest global graphic communications company, reporting sales of over $9 billion.

TOM GAILLARD

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tom Gaillard is Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Gaillard offers 30 years of executive leadership experience in establishing operational and marketing optimization across diverse industries. As a recognized thought leader for talents in strategy development and providing corporate vision, Tom converts strategic plans into tactical reality through guiding companies in establishing themselves as a viable business and initiates successful processes to produce new products with maximum revenue.

SIMON STRAUSS

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Simon Stauss is Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Strauss has more than 30 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. After leading the telecommunications investment banking team at Jefferies, where he also started a group focused on renewable energy, Mr. Strauss started E/W Capital with primary concentration on infrastructure project financing, particularly renewable energy, and technology corporate finance. Mr. Strauss is a Board member and advisor to a number of companies, a Chartered Accountant and CPA.

Steve George

Chief Commercial Officer

Steve George is the Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. George has 30 years of executive leadership experience founding and operating technology businesses. He has participated in the acquisition and sale of six companies during his tenure. His most recent transaction included the sale of technology integrator Inovity to a private equity firm. Mr. George’s corporate experiece includes overseeing sales organizations, alliances, operations and financial management. Mr. George is a graduate of James Madison University’s business school.

Becky Graham advises Hellenic on how to maximize stakeholder value creation across its global portfolio of infrastructure investments. Ms. Graham brings 10 years of executive experience leading companies that promote social and economic transformation.

KENNY SMITH

STRATEGIC PLANNING & PROCESS ENGINEERING

Kenny Smith is the Founder and CEO of Kollao CIG and Associates. Kenny has over 30 years of experience leading large, complex, high-performing organizations and teams. A USAF Combat veteran, Kenny has led men and women in combat as an F-16 Fighter Pilot. Kenny has also served as a Political-Military Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense. In this role, Kenny developed innovative solutions to meld national and international priorities to ensure the security of the Nation. Kenny has developed marketing and implementation strategies using advanced training and data management systems for high-performing organizations. Kenny has in-depth knowledge of training and readiness strategies, organizational design methodologies, and approaches to synchronize complex systems to achieve their highest potential.

MANJULA DISSANAYAKE

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION

Manjula Dissanayake is a globally recognized social entrepreneur and an international development professional with a background in banking and finance. Mr. Dissanayake is the founder of the international non-profit social enterprise – Educate Lanka Foundation. He has consulted the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank and speaks and advises globally on inclusive and equitable education and workforce solutions for the youth. He holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Maryland and a master’s in international development and social innovation from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

Kurt Torster

Engineering

Kurt Torster offers more than 45 years of experience with international Engineering and Construction companies, executing projects both on-shore and off-shore in the oil and gas, Synfuels, gasification, petrochemical, refining and biofuels industries.

MARK HODGES

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING

Mark Hodges brings to 34 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal, NEP, AEIA and permitting requirements, environmental regulatory compliance, development assistance for bank and agency environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), compliance with International Development (USAID)-funded projects, primarily in the power generation, oil and gas and mining and minerals sector, in the U.S. and international markets.

GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Gus Mokalis is SVP of Global Business Development. Formerly a professional soccer player in Europe and the united States, Mr. Mokalis uses his international experience and relationships to advance Hellenic’s business around the world.

Constantine Papaconstantinou

RENEWABLE ENERGY & CLEAN FUELS

Constantine Papaconstantinou is currently CEO of Geotech SA, a Company based in Greece, involved in Hydrocarbon Production Engineering, Ground Water Management, Geothermal Energy and Pipeline Operations -Maintenance. With his Petroleum Engineer MSc, Costas started his career at Texaco USA, held various Engineering Management positions including that of Managing Director of  KAVALA OIL SA , Greece. With over 40 years experience in Engineering of Ground Energy Resources provides a significant added value to Hellenic’s LLC.

KATHY GARDNER

ENVIRONMENTAL/PERMITTING

Katherine Gardner is an experienced Senior Executive specializing in global Environmental, Health, Safety and Engineering leadership roles with more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemical, international onshore and offshore drilling, and supporting industrial services businesses. Katherine recently served as the Senior VP of HSE & Engineering for a highly technical engineered services start-up acquisition. Katherine has extensive experience in the operations and maintenance of refineries, upstream (onshore and offshore) operations to include the development of U.S. and International Environmental Health and Safety regulatory and compliance systems, crisis management and settlement negotiations with U.S. Department of Justice, the Environmental Protection Agency and numerous state agencies.
